Robert Vaenerberg, President and Owner

Robert Vaenerberg has more than 35 years of experience in international sales, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. This experience includes both positions in large diversified organizations and focused, entrepreneurial businesses. He has led global sales efforts for large companies but also has experience in building new sales teams. He knows both how to build a team and how to lead it through a challenging business transformation.

His primary industry focus has been in fiber-based packaging – with FINNBOARD, Powerflute, Mondi and Metsä Board. His industry expertise is supported by a broad expertise in strategy, finance, M&A and business development stemming from 11 years as a corporate finance executive at leading international investment banks in London – with Salomon Smith Barney, Cititgroup, ABN AMRO and RBS.

Robert holds a MSc degree in Business Administration from Hanken Helsinki and a MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
